We will hold your home open on a Tuesday afternoon during realtor tours, inviting all realtors to tour your home.  One of the best ways we can advertise your home is through networking.  We also ask all realtors to fill out a comment card for their professional opinion and feedback.  This can be very beneficial in selling your home.

Open Houses

We will hold your home open upon your request.  The Open House will be advertised in the Gazette and on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to drive people to your home on Open House day.

Russell Real Estate offers service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Believe it or not, there are phone calls that come in very late at night and into the morning hours for various reasons.  If a phone call comes in with questions about your home after hours, a Russell Agent will be there to answer any questions or to schedule an appointment for a showing of your home.  Russell Real Estate Agents work together to get your home sold!

Feature Sheets

We will make up Feature Sheets for your home with all the details that buyers are looking for.  Not only will we put the Feature Sheets in the home for potential buyers to take with them, but we will put the Feature Sheets in an info tube outside your home for potential buyers who drive the neighborhoods looking for their new home.

Listed on all Major Websites

Your home will be listed on all major websites locally and nationally.  People from all over are relocating daily.  Here are some of the popular websites that your home will be listed on:

• Russell Realty and all major brokerage websites
• Harmon Homes, Point2Agent, Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, OhioRealEstateConnection.com, Google, Yahoo (20-30 in all)
• Medina City Residents will also be listed on www.MedinaCity.com as a featured property

Automated Scheduling and Feedback

Showing requests, communication and follow-up.  When agents wish to show your home, they simply call AccuShow.  The showing specialists handle all the details - checking schedules and instructions, contacting you or us if you would rather, and making necessary callbacks to us.  After a showing, an email message is sent to the showing agent requesting feedback.  By using email, this enables agents to submit feedback at their convenience-promoting greater feedback response rates.  You will be provided your own Seller Gateway with a password enabling you to read all feedback on your property. 

Newspaper Ads

We also advertise your home the good old fashioned way.  We will advertise your home in the Friday Gazette weekly or you may choose to alternate your ad in the Harmon Homes.
